You can submit your report or complaint by filling out the dedicated online form.
Be sure to provide a clear and concise description of the incident, including the date, time, and ride number: only detailed complaints will be properly processed. Validation will be requested at the email address provided.
Please note that Regulation (EU) No. 181/2011 establishes the rights of bus passengers at the EU level. For journeys offered by Dolomiti Bus, covering a distance of less than 250 km, the following Articles of the Regulation apply: Article 4, paragraph 2, Article 9, Article 10, paragraph 1, Article 16, paragraph 1, letter b) and paragraph 2, Article 17, paragraphs 1 and 2, as well as Articles 24 to 28.

The national body responsible for enforcing the Regulation is the Transport Regulatory Authority (www.autorita-trasporti.it), which handles complaints submitted by customers in second instance.
